American Pipeline Solutions, Inc. is committed to quality workmanship and a safe working environment. APS technicians perform all service operations on pipeline facilities according to exact quality and safety standards. APS has maintained a rigorous Technician Certification Program for over twenty years. Safety procedures and policies are reviewed internally on a routine basis as well as on a project basis prior to commencement of our services.

APS Lead Technicians are 40-hour HAZWOPER, OSHA trained, CPR certified, Confined Space Entry and have TWIC credentials. APS is also in compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation, Research and Special Programs Administration, Pipeline Safety Regulations 49 CFR Parts 199, 382 and 40 for Drug and Alcohol Policy.Additionally, APS’s employees are DOT Operator Qualified accredited for pigging, abnormal operating conditions and hydrostatic testing for both fuel and natural gas systems.

APS is also a member of Pipeline Testing Consortium, Inc. in compliance with the federally-mandated drug and alcohol testing regulations as set forth in 49 CFR Parts 382, 199 and 40 by the Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA) of the U.S. Department of Transportation.
